Release Dates: Films Set To Hit The Theaters In August 2016

august-01August 2016, will see the clash of Hritik Roshan starrer Mohenjo Daro and Akshay Kumar starrer Rustom. While most of them has already written off Mohenjo Daro, there is lots of hope in Rustom. List of films that are set for a August 2016 release:

August 05, 2016:
Fever: written and directed by Rajeev Jhaveri, the film features Gauahar Khan, Rajeev Khandelwal, Gemma Atkinson, Caterina Murino and Ankita Makwana.

Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara: produced by Monjoy and Sujoy Mukherjee, sons of Late Joy Mukherjee, the film stars Sahil Anand, Herry Tangiri, Vikram Kochhar, Nilesh Lalwani, Niyati Joshi, Divya Choksey, Jayaka Yagnik and Sareh Far.

Budhia Singh – Born To Run: directed by Somendra Padhi, this film is based on wonder boy Budhia Singh, who ran 48 marathons, when he was only five year old. The film stars Manoj Bajpayee as a coach and Mayur Patole as the title character.

August 12, 2016:
Mohenjo Daro: written and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the film stars Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. This will be the world’s first cinematic presentation referencing the ancient Indus Valley Civilisation and its greatest city, known today only as Mohenjo Daro.

Rustom: written by Vipul K. Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, the film features Akshay Kumar, Ileana D’Cruz, Arjan Bajwa and Esha Gupta. The film is based on the real life incident of Naval Officer K.M. Nanavati.august-02August 19, 2016:
UnIndian: directed by Anupam Sharma, the film stars former Australian cricketer, Brett Lee in the lead along with Tannishtha Chatterjee. The film has been extensively shot in Sydney.

Happy Bhag Jayegi: directed by Mudassar Aziz and produced by Anand L. Rai and Krishika Lulla, the film stars Abhay Deol, Diana Penty, Ali Fazal and Momal Sheikh in the lead roles.

August 26, 2016:
A Flying Jatt: directed by Remo D’Souza under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures, the film stars Tiger Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez, Amrita Singh and the professional wrestler Nathan Jones.
