Release Dates: Films Set To Hit The Theaters In September 2016

September 02, 2016:
Akira: produced and directed by A.R. Murugadoss, this film is the remake of the Tamil film Mouna Guru. Akira stars Sonakshi Sinha, Konkona Sen Sharma, Anurag Kashyap and Amit Sadh.

The 9th Life Of Louis Drax: directed by Alexandre Aja, the film is based on Liz Jensen’s best selling novel of the same title. The film stars Jamie Dornan, Sarah Gadon, Aiden Longworth, Oliver Platt, Molly Parker, Julian Wadham, Jane McGregor, Barbara Hershey and Aaron Paul.

Don’t Breathe: directed by Fede Alvarez and written by Alvarez and Rodo Savages, the film stars Jane Levy, Dylan Minnette, Daniel Zovatto, and Stephen Lang.

September 09, 2016:
Baar Baar Dekho: directed by Nitya Mehra and produced by Karan Johar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, the film stars Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra.

Sully: directed by Clint Eastwood, this film is all about the US Airways Flight 1549 and Chesley Sully Sullenberger, based on the autobiography Highest Duty by Sullenberger and Jeffrey Zaslow.

September 16, 2016:
Pink: directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and produced by Rashmi Sharma and Shoojit Sircar, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari and Andrea Taring.

Raaz Reboot: written and directed by Vikram Bhatt, this film is the fourth installment of Raaz film series and stars Emraan Hashmi, Gaurav Arora and Kriti Kharbanda.september-02September 23, 2016:
Banjo: directed by Ravi Jadhav and produced by Krishika Lulla under the Eros International banner, the film stars Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri.

The Magnificent Seven: directed by Antoine Fuqua, this film is a remake of the 1960 film by the same name, which in turn was a remake of the 1954 Japanese film Seven Samurai.

September 30, 2016:
M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story: directed by Neeraj Pandey and produced by Fox Star Studios, the film is based on the life of Indian cricketer captain of the Indian national cricket team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Deepwater Horizon: directed by Peter Berg is based on the 2010 Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Kurt Russell, John Malkovich, Gina Rodriguez, Dylan O’Brien and Kate Hudson.
