Release Dates: Films Set For A March 2016 Release

Finally Airlift is on it’s way to becoming the first hit of 2016 and looking at the March 2016 line-up, one can say that even this month would be kind of wishy-washy at the ticket window as most of the films releasing this month do not hold promise.

List of films that are set for a March 2016 release:

March 04, 2016:
Jai Gangaajal – directed by Prakash Jha, the film is a sequel of the 2003 crime film Gangaajal, and starres Priyanka Chopra in the lead role with Prakash Jha making his debut as a supporting role. The film also features Manav Kaul, Rahul Bhat and Queen Harish.

The film is all about feminism and corruption.

Zubaan – written and directed by Mozez Singh, the film stars Vicky Kaushal and Sarah Jane Dias. Music plays an important part in the film and has been composed by Ashutosh Ghatak.

March 11, 2016:
Teraa Surroor – sequel to his Aapka Surroor, Teraa Surroor is an action thriller and stars Farah Karimi opposite Himesh Reshammiya.

The film is being directed by Shawn Arranha and also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Shekhar Kapur, Kabir Bedi, Shernaz Patel and Monica Dogra.

Global Baba – based on spiritual babas of India, this film is all set to expose the truth behind these so all godmen.

Directed  by Manoj Sidheshwari Tewari the film stars Abhimanyu Singh, Pankaj Tripathi, Ravi Kishan, Sandeepa Dhar, Akhilendra Mishra and Sanjay Mishra.films-09March 18, 2016:
Kapoor And Sons – Fox Star Studios presents, Karan Johar’s Kapoor And Sons. The film is being by Shakun Batra and stars Rishi Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Fawad Khan, Alia Bhatt, Rajat Kapoor and Ratna Pathak Shah.

Norm Of The North – Norm (Rob Schneider) the polar bear doesn’t know how to hunt, but he does possess the unique ability to talk to humans. When the wealthy Mr. Greene (Ken Jeong) unveils his idea to build luxury condos in the Arctic, Norm realizes that his beloved home is in jeopardy.

The film features the voices of Rob Schneider as the title character, Heather Graham, Maya Kay, Ken Jeong, Colm Meaney, Loretta Devine, Gabriel Iglesias, Michael McElhatton, and Bill Nighy.

March 25, 2016:
Rocky Handsome – directed by Nishikant Kamat this film stars John Abraham and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles.

The film is loose adaptation of the 2010 Korean film The Man from Nowhere. John is co-producing this film under his home banner John Abraham Entertainment with Sunir Khetrapal’s Azure Entertainment.

The film’s story revolves around a man who sets out to take vengeance against drug mafia after they take away an eight-year-old girl, with whom he shares a special bond.

The Forest  when her twin sister disappears in Japan, a young American named Sara (Natalie Dormer) becomes determined to find out what happened to her.

The film stars Natalie Dormer, Taylor Kinney, Eoin Macken, Stephanie Vogt, Yukiyoshi Ozawa, Rina Takasaki, Noriko Sakura and James Owen.

We do hope that February 2016 does manage to spread love at the Box Office.films-08
